Our Classic Sourdough Granola is slow baked in small batches and lightly sweetened with honey, warm cinnamon, and a touch of vanilla for a cozy, comforting flavor. Made with hearty oats, nutrient rich chia seeds, coconut flakes, and crunchy sunflower seeds, it has the perfect balance of texture and nourishment. The sourdough starter adds a subtle depth of flavor while helping make this granola a little bit better for you. More flavors to come soon so stay tuned
Naturally leavened with an active sourdough starter, this bread is slow-fermented for deep flavor and better digestibility. Can choose between round artisan loaf or sandwich bread. Made with simple, wholesome ingredients—just flour, water, salt, and time.
Purchase must occur in New York state, pickup is in Upper West Side in Manhattan. Product made in a home kitchen under cottage food New York state law.

Once order is made you will receive an email (within 24 hours) confirming your order.
Respond to email confirming designated pickup time (standard pickup is Sunday between 2 - 4 PM) or arrange for a new time.
Pickup order at arranged time and enjoy.

Hi! I’m the home baker behind Little Bit Better Bakery, a small Upper West Side kitchen where everything is made slowly, by hand, and with intention. I specialize in naturally fermented sourdough and refined sugar-free treats—simple, nourishing baked goods that are just a little bit better for you, without sacrificing the joy of a really good bake.
Every loaf and treat is made in my home kitchen under New York State Cottage Food Laws, baked in small batches with real ingredients and traditional methods.
All orders are pickup only on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, with a standard Sunday afternoon (between 2:00 - 4:00 PM) pickup time unless another time is coordinated in advance. Thank you for supporting a local home bakery 🤍
