Finding health and happiness the balanced way.
About me
Hi there, and welcome to my little corner of the internet! I’m a Texas native now living in New York City, with a lifelong passion for health, wellness, and the science behind it all. I earned my B.S. in Cellular and Molecular Biology from Baylor University, where I focused on genetics, human evolution, and cellular metabolism.
After graduating, I began my career in clinical research, working on studies ranging from GLP-1 inhibitors (like Ozempic) for obesity and diabetes prevention, to lifestyle interventions for long-term health outcomes. Today, I’m proud to be part of an Ivy League research team studying how a whole-food-based diet can impact cancer patients’ health and recovery.
Looking ahead, I’m expanding my expertise by pursuing certifications as both a personal trainer and nutrition coach. My goal is to bridge the gap between science and everyday wellness—and I’d love for you to follow along on this journey!
